We are a group of independent research & MEARL consultants (both national & international), freelance researchers, translators, and transcribers from Myanmar.

We work on research projects that are running in various parts of Myanmar. We not only work from home but also work remotely depending on the projects.

Motivated research and MEARL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, Reporting, and Learning) consultant with 9+ years of experience in Myanmar's development and research sectors, with additional experience in Asia Pacific projects. Expertise in quantitative and qualitative research, data analysis, reporting, M&E, and social studies, focusing on public health, gender, and development. Extensive collaboration with UN agencies, embassies, INGOs, LNGOs, CSOs, and women's organizations on projects in public health, social inclusion, gender equality, child protection, psychosocial support, conflict sensitivity, climate change and more. Proven ability to conduct research with vulnerable populations and manage diverse teams.
